I am starting a resto on an old Edge 9000...
All amber - no alleys or TDs - service vehicle
Acquired several Multi-Reflector housings (p/n 02-0361462-00c) that have the strobe tube in place but empty in the 2 bulb holders.
What I have in the original unit is halogen bulbs/holders with tags that read,
"Model H27TL12 Replacement Twist Lock Halogen 12v 27W 01-0461280-01"
Searching that number, I see strobe bulb units which I presume is a supercession (mostly stupid money) and see other twist lock halogen units that are less expensive.
I'd like to have at least 1 halogen bulb per unit for directional lights/flashers but really can't spend a lot of $ doing the trial & error thing. I already have a stockpile of Edge parts to sell after I reman this one.
Hoping for any insight/opinions to guide me a bit.
