Whelen Edge Messenger testing w/o control head?

I was wondering if there is a way to test a Smart Arrow Messenger in an Edge bar WITHOUT using the MGC01 or MGC02 control head? I just want to see if all the LEDs work in it....

You'll need either one of the two control heads, or the Messenger software and Transporter. There isn't a way to test it alone.
