Offered for sale is a Whelen Flatlighter in STROBE (not LED...this is the Real Thing, baby), with two blue lenses. I consider it in like-new condition as it's had less than an hour of use in the many many years I've had it. Got this one from my dad who also pretty much never used it. If you've never seen one before, maybe there is a video on YouTube but the flash pattern is an alternating double-flash on each side.

The only weirdnesses are two stickers:
