For sale I have a new open box Whelen halo led system that was never installed.. Model is HA02R4. It comes with cables, flasher pack, 4 red/red led bulbs. I'm asking $250 shipped or best offer. Please feel free to ask questions! I am also interested in trading for tahoe mirror beams or red blue dominator.
