Pair of used whelen howler speaker with brand new amp! I bought these speakers with amp but lost it. These were removed from service in working condition. As you can see from photos I haven't cleaned them but doesn't look bad. Remember this item is not a siren. Brackets on speaker but I don't know what vehicle they are for.
