I have a Whelen PAH112 air horn only, and recently it began blowing the fuse that is onboard the device. I reran all wires, ground power speaker, etc and it still blew all of the fuses. I changed the switch, still blows the fuse. As soon as the fuse is put in and creates the bridge for power to go into the unit, the fuse blows and you hear the speaker pop.

Any ideas? I cannot find my original bill of sale, so whelen will not warranty it. I am yet to try and take this apart. Figured I would try here first.

Just for fun, disconnect the speaker and try once more. I doubt it could be the speaker if you're hearing a pop, but I've seen stranger things.
