Your right high beam wire is light green in color.

You should be able to use the Sound Off HLF #ETHFSS-SP-CMP which is DRL compatible and for positive switched systems. This HLF has 7 user selectable flash patters, with one of them being PowerPulse, which is a fast alternating pattern (3.0 f.p.s.).
