I have also been involved in laying another young Marine killed by an IED to rest. LCpl Scott Lynch from Greenwood Lake, NY. Saluting the Hero happened Monday, Tuesday was his wake, and today was his funeral (in which I didn't attend). Either way, bringing home a 22 year old soldier has been the hardest thing I've ever participated in, along with the other members of my fire department.

Not sure if this will work, but click here for the video.

Trailer donated by a member of the fire department was made into a makeshift memorial immediately after discovering the loss.

Thanks to both of you for posting. Since we are so public-safety related on this board, and in most of our lives, it's great to remember that there are many many times more military personnel giving their lives than there are public safety every year.
