90's Las Vegas Code 3 Force 4 LP

Here I am again with another refurb project! This one is a 1990's (came off 93-4 Las Vegas PD Crown Vic that went to a small department in my area, then my dad got the car and some lightbars, this one included) Las Vegas Code 3 Force 4 LP.


It's in decent condition, domes aren't the best, they might polish out fine. Rotators work, one needs some work. Takedowns and rear flashers work too (but need to put in bulbs for the rear).


Just this afternoon I took the internals out and started cleaning. Frame is all clean(forgot pics), flashers are clean and ready for polish, and took one rotator apart for cleaning.


Anyone know much about 90's Las Vegas cars? Did they have sirens in the lightbars? I've seen a couple episodes of COPS with Las Vegas in the late 90's which was cool, didn't show much.


























Where better to work on a bar than out in nature?




















Going to finish cleaning tomorrow, wet sand the domes, polish them, and put it back together (within the next day or two).

I work for LVMPD and my old station has 5 or 6 Vegas police cars from different eras sitting in the parking garage under covers, unrestored. One is a 90s Caprice with this light bar on it. I may go back over there sometime and snap some pictures.

sounds good, interesting project refurb, I love this kind of bar ... Police LVPD, I think you will get it a nice result.
