The ticket and PO scheme is pretty impressive. Most people will just pay the fine, no questions asked. He should have just walked along putting the ticket on their windows. Lol... 
With an additional sign on the back bumper: "Confiscated from a wannabe"They should keep his truck for their own Department.
He really went all out for lights he can't even use... Lol. My question is, since his vehicle looked clean from the brief shots we saw, was this professionally installed, and if so, how did he convince them he was authorized to use those lights?
