Federal Signal SLR led beacon Amber/blue Engineering sample

Bought this light on ebay  about a week ago. I was expecting it to be a amber only beacon but it has blue as a secondary color. It has 3 rotation speeds of 75,90 and 120 FPM.

Also where the model number would be it states

"This unit is an engineering sample intended to be representative of performance only. Production units may vary with regard to design and material"

It's a rare collectors item. must have come from someone that worked at Federal Signal.

I'm sure this was a sample sent to a Federal distributor or similar company. There are a lot of these samples out there, even three color versions. Now the hunt is on LOL!

That's an awesome light! I actually saw that and almost bought it.... I just didn't know enough about it at the time to justify spending the money. It's actually still in my watch list haha!
