Flea market find

$30 at a local flea market, according to a previous post here it’s tow truck beacon light. Do ya think I should put it back in service ??? Would probably be brighter than the code 3 bar I have on it now.

I almost just ignored it thinking it was a boat light but then I thought about it, I don’t know of any boats that use amber.

So you fill it with jelly??? What flavor?? Didn't they used to be on old boats on the bow?? Big boats I think more yacht type or motorboats...

Yes that's right, but back in the early to mid 1900's didn't the bows of boats have something that looked like these on them?

I think I may have found some used on a old truck, a little hard to tell for sure if they are the exact same ones
