My 2007 Tahoe

Is that under the passenger seat?

Also, where did you mount your siren speaker?

I am getting ready to mount a hand held siren system in a 2007 Suburban and thought about under the left rear seat but your setup looks better.

Did you have any trouble with removing your front grille and how difficult was wiring the HLF? Thanks-

it is under the passenger seat. I don't know about the grill removal or headlight flasher. That was part of the original install, and the shop that we use did all the work. The speakers are mounted to a beam that runs infront of the radiator.

The grill doesn’t not come apart separately; you remove the entire front bumper/grill as one assembly. Not very hard at all mostly 7mm screws 2 of them are 10mm and the rest plastic push-ins. It’s kind of bulky works better with two people but I’ve done plenty myself.

For HLF the headlight has a big bulk connector and it’s a pain to figure out which wires control what. I tapped into the wires in the main harness coming out of the fuse box, it was a piece of cake. There was room to work and easy to find.
