Don't knock em too much... they are pretty decent. I have a couple of friends who work there. The company is pretty squared away. There are some squirrels though....

I have seen their cars a few times in the Mid-Cites (Between Dallas & Fort Worth) and never seen them speeding, but I did think at first it was a real cop car. I know little about them, but someone has to provide security to the apartments and should be armed in some of the locations they patrol.
