I like a Ford Fusion normally, but as a cop car it is EPIC.

The NYPD message is a bit over kill. It says police all over the car. They should probably put a more meaningful message on there...
but but but... without that messenger bar, no one would "believe" that was a NYPD vehicle - its not a impala/cvpi/charger......

OK. so you don't have storage issues or need a stake truck and a couple of minimum wage drones to put them out, but exactly how many sawhorse barricades and no parking signs could you get for the price of one of those?

A physical vehicle there helps more though, people are more likely to ignore a sign, then a car with an officer in it. :)

Ohh dear just seen one for the first time

"Police Emergency Keep back" scrolling in blue for a traffic stop on a yellow cab on 5th avenue.....

Message was totally unreadable until you got within 50 feet, overpowered by blinking red and strangely(?) white to rear Vision

Thanks for posting this for me. I took this video yesterday while in NYC near the Stock Exchange.

As everyone has posted before, it's only readable within 20-30 feet. I only saw this van and another squad have the messenger from the day and a half I was there.
