Hey, thats the Old MCSO Command truck, must be dated photes since last time I saw both of these they were both in the new graphic scheme I believe.

The New Command Center is just like the above pictured one but updated. They still have the old one and have a 3 vehicle command fleet, 2 of the international chassis, and one of the econoline which also pulls a generator/comm trailer.

That thing is a BEAST! The only unit that beats it is the semi on page 1 that doubles in size. I love that paint scheme, too.

Hello LDV,

This is the NY state governor. I'd like to purchase twenty of everything. Just look on a NY State map, and decal each unit out to each community.

Wow is all I've got to say...no sweat to see which states get the $$$$ .

Ok, here is our command vehicle, one of 4. each precinct has one. For larger incidents, we have a drug deal seized Winnebago that provides shelter and writing desk.

This is the front office, laptop and multi-channel Motorola radio. Light controls are in the overhead (SS2000)

Extend-a-bed pulled out. We designed it for a F250, but the city had Expeditions so they pulled the rear seats and showhorned these in. They have extra transmissions and rear ends lying around so they get replaced on a regular basis. 1000 watt tripod light, extension cords, pop-up canopy with shelter sides, bullhorn

This is the mobile 9-1-1 unit for Monroe County, NY staffed by dispatchers from the county's 9-1-1 center. There are also command vehicles for each of the major law enforcement and fire agencies in the county. In addition, their Public Safety Communications unit maintains a rig similar to the 9-1-1 truck for general use as a mobile operations post for whatever need arises.

never got the reasoning for a lightbar on an RV.. the damn thing is gonna be 10 feet off the ground? whats it gonna warn? bridges? and last time I checked.. bridges dont yeld

That's funny how the Montreal ones have ONLY blue lights on the right side and ONLY red ones on the left side; American ones would at least make sure you can see every color from every angle (except amber in back of course).

Why do they need a mobile command center?

To sell you insurance en masse.

Really though, I dont know. I wonder if its to handle insurance issues in case of a big disaster.
