Aerodynic LAPD and NYPD free from my dept. On a cleanup day safety officer was gonna trash them. Also just bought a mini edge all purple for 120 off fleabay. Lenses look new and purple hard to come by. I feel it was well worth that.
Got a Lp6100 in blue and a brand new dome with it,420 blue with new red dome, Whelen responder clear with blue filters and red ones to be delivered later, 46'' val-u-bar red with black center and 4 rotors, and a Whelen Competior Series SpecTIR8 led dash light model SPECG8B in blue looks like it mounts on the rearview mirror and to the windshild.

My best deal was a NOS Aurora Borealis in-the-box for $75. Too bad it sat in an old damp firehouse basement for 30 years... The base gasket was rotten, the box fell apart and the chromed cast base had started to pit... Other than the factory, I was the first to light her up! The copper contact plates didn't even have any scratches on them from the brushes. I was a bit apprehensive about lighting it up but I had to see it run! A bit of a rare one, too, I believe. Never saw one with all red bulbs... They made red lenses for these, didn't they?
Mine is a toss up. It's between the $25 Federal Model L siren off a garagesale site, or the $50 Aerotwin with the NY lens setup. spent another $50 to convert it completely.
I was given a Freedom 2 today at work. Neighboring department. Has the uber rare 12 diode LED takedown lights and independent WeCan control of both the upper and lower levels...the TD actually have cooling fans on them! The bar has a main board and 3 sub boards. I want to say the original MSRP was in the high $7K range with retail or contract price hovering somewhere in the $4k range. Been eyeballing the thing since the truck was new...like 9 years ago. Fully functional. Pretty cool. The above posts are pretty sweet. That Aurora...damn

most of Mine came out of the storage garage at our station...cleaning it out, "anybody want this crap??" I claimed. but all of mine have been right place, right time.
