Got this from Mike (chargerlighting) and boy was it filthy. After a clean up and using mirror tape to repair the mirrors, it looks pretty good. A light polish to the domes and it should shine. One rotator has a few bad teeth and will rotate then stop. I would love any input on how to fix that without replacing it all together (unless you have a free rotator for me).

I have had great luck with cutting actual mirror and fitting and gluing it to the original. This gives a better than factory new reflection of the light beams with no loss. Huge Pop! This was done with dash mirrors and a TwinSonic 12X with fantastic results

That sounds like it would cost me more than I paid for this bar! Ha! If this was going to be a nicer piece I would have to look into that as I can only imagine how much more reflective that would be.

Very nice. We have a Whelen Valu Bar on our Type 6, brush, engine. I was going to replace it with a LED bar, but decided to keep it period correct.

I fixed a gear on my Mars 888 by using JB Weld. I mixed it and let it dry to a putty consistency. Put in on the gear and then rotated the opposing gear across it to make the indentations to match. Surprisingly, it has held up just fine so far.
