It's actually been awhile since I have worked on one of these.. the well seems to have dried up at least locally. I can still find them, but not driving any great distances anymore unless its special.
Lucky me.. I found this one less then 20 min away.
24 EAH-T and it needed a bath badly.. the exterior was caked with dirt and god knows what else. Exterior cleaned up nicely and insides were in very good shape.. I think I finally found my Boston Metro bar conversion candidate!
Only 1 bulb out and that is an Alley light.. take down is wired correctly and I have yet to test the flasher. Does have the old style Jetsonic Feet.. I may leave them be or change them as I have a spare set of Aero feet floating around.
The take-down light on this is a 4464.. I may leave that or just switch to a halogen light when all is said and done.
Build date on the motor is 10-85 and frame reads 85.. so this bar just had it's 32nd Birthday! I figure it's just hitting its stride and with my help it has a long life ahead of it!
