Damn, you beat me to it... but gave me ideas at the same time. I bought a Responder off ebay because it looked like an interesting setup. It's a single rotator in the middle with two flash shields that only amplify the light output in one direction. I'm not sure what it was meant for but it looks factory as the mirrors are pop-riveted in place. It fits perfectly on my go-rhino push bar though and I was considering modifying it (more lights of course) and wiring it up so that it's removable. I like the oscillator idea though.
Nice work. That would look good on the front of an Engine as well.

Note that the lens itself had to be siliconed in place as it originaly was snapped to the lighthead. I have them wired seperately because I ran them to a 9m ScanLock flasher board to facilitate Flashing pursuit lights with Takedown Overide. I think it came out very neat and clean.

The thing I remembered was them taking the lower half the MX and flipping it and producing a lower profile lightbar that's still compliant with applicable standards. It was rather neat.
Interestingly, I found their website; and, although I can't read French Canadian, it appears that they still do conversions, as I see a tow truck with just the lower half of the Whelen Delta. Does anyone know if anyone in this company speaks English?

JohnMarcson said:I like it all except using a flasher to switch the power supplies on and off. That will eventually ruin them.
Richard P said:I thought it might, just like turning HID headlights on and off repeatedly. Hmm, I guess Ill have to thinks something else up, or just buy a strobe minibar!
