I like the simultaneously flashing strobes!

I have 3 strobes per side so I flash the bottom 2 against the top 1, otherwise it would be lopsided.

In case you can't see it lit up in the video.

I noticed in the videos that you used a few similar but different flash patterns for the strobes. Were they different supplies?

Not different supplies, but you are correct that there were several patterns. I used a IPS188, here are the available flash patterns.

I finished up my third and final OSC. The others are red/clear and all blue.

When a center rotator was added the only other options were takedowns and alleys. This bar has each takedown on a different wire, so it was possible to make them flash. I decided to do red/green lower flashers.

That clear AdvantEdge is sweet! Did you find that or just replace it with clear lenses with blue filters? I would love to own one like that but with r/a/b or r/c/b filters.

John,

We need a "love" button on this thread rather than a "like". Like simply does not cut it...outstanding Advantedge collection sir.

Nice Collection mister! It seems like quite a few collector's have found their "special-niches" lately. IMO, it's better to be specialized and great, rather than general and mediocre. Also, wait for that nice light if you can instead of having ten crappy ones.

And to round out the bunch, the plus (oscillating and rotating), super plus and firemaster versions.

I've talked in chat, but can't recall asking this question in the forum in reference to the AdvantEdge bars. For an "internal" flasher, what did Whelen use? I've heard from some it looked just like a regular rotator, just one that was bolted to the rotator/mirror tray. Any input?

GRFD, i know this was an old question, but yes some did. I have a Florida Fish and Game Advantedge and the front and rear flashers were rotator reflectors bolted to the raised portion of the tray. Worked well actually.

Wow what collection. Must have a big "cave" to store them in.

Btw I believe we are still in 2013 not 14 unless there was some forward time travel.

You know, some of my favorite lights ever are the AdvantEdge series and they're some of the only lights that I've never owned. So much jealousy looking at this post, but you've done some amazing things with these lights!

My favorite full bar is the red blue clear to the front with amber sides to the rear. I'd love to see a video of that :)

Is the fireplace display-room coming together?

This is a very nice collection of AdventEdges you have there, John. What I like about this thread, along with other in the same line of idea, is that you can discover the many versions of a light; Eric's FedSig or Dan's Rota-beams and Fire/Flash-Balls...

The Adventedge never quite picked up around here even though I saw a few wrecker ones in the past years so seeing this a pleasing sight.
