I like the $5 Walmart seat cover. Must add 5 horse power. Maybe 10 for both seats being done... I'm jealous

Plus another 10 for two NOS stickers. I sincerely doubt there's anything under the hood.

My ears are bleeding from that music. They should have stuck with George Thorogood instead of that rap crap. Doesn't change the fact that the car is still a rice burner! :D

what about the radio shack pa speakers used as "tweeters" on the trunklid....

Take a look at this "idiot" LAFD Whacker.

He makes fake radio transmissions, uses the Fire Engine for his Code 3 escort and talks about installing his smart siren in his truck. :hopeless:

WTF, does he think he is John McClain? How in the hell can he get away with that and not have the driver of the engine run up to kick his azz for following the rig.

Oh man, I don't even know where to start with this. I don't know what's worse:

-Tailgating the engine

-The rolling stops through stopsigns

-The flat out running red lights.

-The extreme and unwarranted self-importance.

-Flat out getting in the engine's way when they arrive onscene.

Can you imagine what would happen if we introduced this guy to that guy in Staten Island with the fake FDNY truck and delusions of FDNY grandeur? You'd have a tornado of crazed wackery the likes of which the world has never seen.

Serious question, does this guy have any affiliation with the LAFD etc, and how entertaining would local law enforcement find this?

P.S. the radio traffic between those two guys is just priceless.

His other video, same day.

"Are you coming back?"

"No, we're taking the truck and leaving forever."

Yeah, if that happened here and the car didn't have FD tags on the front, we would of PD on scene real quick. Especially with all the weird and wild things that have happened lately, we'd be extra careful.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W-zP3zhx4mY&feature=related Quotes from his video description:

I am going to call BS on that. He is concerned about red being illegal, but yet he has amber LEDs that are clear when off. Plus I just do not buy the "I can run red, but decided to use amber because of the laws in another state" bit.

Yeah, if I see some dude in a volvo with that much amber attempting to pass me or get around me running emergency traffic, I will go out of my way to get in his way.

Oh and by the way what is the deal with the mysterious rotating dash light that is in his back window that is not on in the video?

Whats his youtube user name? Cant see the video, apparently it was set to private.

It's not blinkies, but I think it definitely qualifies for screwed-up install.

These busses long kind of weird with such a large bar on top of them. :bonk:

It wouldn't look so weird if the roofs weren't so rounded... They look to be the perfect width actually...

Yeah, I'm betting someone ordered those lightbars just based on written specs for the busses rather than actually looking at the busses themselves and seeing the amount of usable surface area there was.

Should have just put some large lightheads in place of the usual red/amber spots on either side of the TA. That would have been sufficient enough.

I know it's a "demo" unit....but still...Come on...

Surely the point of a demo unit is to portray your skills and creativity with using various lights to attract the best market price, instead of putting everything on it aimlessly.

There are several ways to prevent scratches to a vehicle's paintwork when using a mag-mount minibar. Here's one.

Hmm...address in Michigan on the window, yet what appears to be some official-looking New York shield on the door...? Could be a whacker...

I don't think "Certified Escort Vehicle" qualifies for impersonation ofa public official. There is no mistaking this van for what it's not. Furthermore, when it comes to lights, the setup remains rather conservative.

Not necessarily. We get out of state escorts through here all the time. They all have the silly NYS shield on their vehicles. Must be required in the V&T, but I'd have to go find it to be sure.

Summer of '11, all the steel for the new bridge across the lake here came up from PA escorted by a fleet of matching little red Ford Rangers. They were all from one outfit down there and all had the NYS escort shield on the doors. It took four of them for each section.

I'm not 100% sure but, I think NY requires the shield on the door for escorts.
