My tricore leds look a little different. Let me see about sending you an amber 6 led tricore led card so you can see it in person.

Is that maybe because your modules you were sending were TDs? I do know that these were the older style tricore heads with the 3 frosted bars on the front lens instead of the 1 large bar
Mine have a single frosted bar in the middle of the heads. They are removable and makes them a tad bit more focused. I'll take the 6 led amber head apart and take a look. I'll post pics when I get a chance.
Ya I have 2 of those style in the back of the bar. The rest look like this though. Also just looked under my newer style tricore the LEDs are the same for me atleast

Here are my Cudas. I only took one apart and don't want to break the lens taking it apart. All the way, I'll leave that to the pro. But they all look similar. And should be the same.

Are yours amber?? What color do you need? I have R/B cards I will trade for amber. They're a simple swap, done it several times.Here are my Cudas. Not much is new. Still working on concept lights if anyone has some general Ideas what you would like to see. 2x5 or whelen 500 size, 3x7 or whelen 700series drop in replacements as take down/scene lighting etc?
I can make corner and 500 modules split color with split control. Can add this on to existing modules. Corners I can make up to quad color with quad control. Or single. Color with quad control, or anywhere in between.

Negative. What makes it ballast or passive is wired directly into the board for the module. There is no way to add or subtract the components needed to make it a passive module
Yes I can. Cost depends on what led it uses. There is information in the opening post ot you can pm me and and we can work together to get it figured out

This is a 24" offroad light bar, I will be focusing on extra warning potential. These are brand new and will be customized with any of my colors I have available (amber, blue, green, red)
Unlike its sibling, it will feature 16 3w leds of colored warning lights.
It will be 8 leds of white, 8 leds of color, 8 leds of white, 8 leds of color, 8 leds of white
48watts of warning power and 72watts of takedown potential. Will be able to control at least the three zones with a common ground ( white and the 2 warning sections)
So hopefully time willing I will get some more pictures tomorrow of one all done up.

Single row is a posibility. Optics are part of the bar. This one has spot and wide angle

I just got my LEDs back from Wilson, and again, a STELLAR job!!! The Amber conversion on my Solaris Heads looks amazing, and the Blue conversion on my L32 is gorgeous!!!!
I saw another member post some takedowns converted to amber. Were theses for tinted area illumination, or warning... or both? Also, have you done any other color area lighting projects?
I had Wilson remove the white LEDs from a set of LR-11 take downs and install all amber LEDs. I intended to use them for alternating flashing warning lights in a Liberty.
I also had him install all blue LEDs in a set of LR-11s . I installed them in the end caps of a Liberty in between two red corners.
Wilson converted some amber Solaris heads to white for me and now I rock these in my patrol car and they are fantastic

Once again Brian came though!! He converted my Star Lineum from red blue to all red. Everything works as should and fast turn around time! Thanks again!
