Technically, as per the "light law", we are only allowed a roof mounted 360 light and 1 other light source (basically grill lights).
Dash lights are technically illegal, using Amber is technically illegal (for Blue lighters and red lighters), no flashing white for blue lighters, no HAW lights for blue lighters, no sirens for blue lighters...
Line officers can run red/red&white and a siren.
We have no limit on numbers, just color. No red for blue lighters, red/white/siren for capt. and up, blue/white for lt's. No one enforces amber. and i guess green is volunteer ambulance. Everything is kinda different town by town depending which cops you ask.
