Last time I was in Killeen was back in '63 and it was just a little-bitty town then.99-02
spent 2 and a half years there...
before gulf war part 2 started there were 44,000 troops there and 40,000 civilians
I've mentioned this on anothe thread some time back. When I was at Texas Tech I dispatched part time for AID Ambulance. One of our guys showed up with a little blue Vitalite one time that he had just bought. Boss asked him what it was for and he said that he did roadside assistance in his spare time. No big deal, since blue alone isn't an emergency color in TX. But we all knew when we saw him put the light on top of his car and leave it there that something wasn't right.
What kind of license plate is that? Not a normal one....
Ebay blue light "specul" - Note the last pic and the angle of the lights, ya know, gotta warn the ground.....
What's wrong with this one? I think it looks OK. If it works, use it. Not everything has to be the newest, best, and greatest.Next two were taken at Cracker Barrel in New Stanton, PA. As I recall, this Jeep had a sticker or plate identifying it as belonging to a local volunteer firefighter.

I echo both of these. That said, back in the day when I had a CJ-5, I always wanted to mount a TwinSonic on it and I think that would go better on this one, too.The StreetHawk on the Jeep is pretty OK with me!!
Hah, I remember buying a set of those for $10 off of e-bay. Rigged up a kids Power Wheels with them. xD<Snip>
[THIS]I do like the blue Jeep. The blue bar goes quite well with it.
Is it bad if I say I want more information on the lights mounted on the rear of the trailer above the STT lamps?
I messaged the guy, he said they are from autozone. Is it bad if I say I want more information on the lights mounted on the rear of the trailer above the STT lamps?
If this guy would have used quality lights it would have been a good setup
You mean 90's S-10 Blazer and late 90's early 2000's Crown Victoria?R20140815_173333.jpg20140816_130738.jpgsome nice new Stl bars on an 80s blazer and an early 90s cvpi
The visor light looks like the one I got from STL, except mine is all red.Is it bad if I say I want more information on the lights mounted on the rear of the trailer above the STT lamps?
Did you think to ask him why he is running all clear?I messaged the guy, he said they are from autozone.
He uses it for lawncare, also found out he is here in GA. As long as you have a Amber Light permit, you are allowed to run white also. Didn't ask him if he had one, but if you wanna, his phone number is in his other video.Did you think to ask him why he is running all clear?
I guess there is alot of money in putting people to rest. Enough to go overboard on lights for just a funeral.Recently saw this around town.... Funeral vehicle that runs Amber/Purple and has a LARGE amount of Whelen lights including a fully populated liberty in the rear and also an inner edge in front....
You make a good point, Paul, but remember there are a lot of places where funeral processions aren't escorted. Here in West Texas all funerals have police escorts. I've seen some large cities that have private escort companies (something else to pay for). In my part of West Texas (Midland and Odessa) you can be stopped and ticketed if you fail to pull over for a funeral procession.I guess there is alot of money in putting people to rest. You bet your ass. Dignity Memorial funeral homes in TX has a bunch of Gulfstream G6 jets.I guess there is alot of money in putting people to rest. Enough to go overboard on lights for just a funeral.
Well with two big corporations running 99.9% of the funeral homes here in TX, what else would they do? It's not their money they're spending. You bet your ass. Dignity Memorial funeral homes in TX has a bunch of Gulfstream G6 jets.
