I was going by the photos on their site.Actually, according to the Better Business Bureau, DeNooyer Chevrolet in Holland was incorporated in 1953 and Robert II is the current president. Interestingly, BBB says DeNooyer in Albany started in 1970 and that Joel DeNooyer is president. As for DeNooyer Chevrolet in Kazoo, BBB doesn't list details, but Manta says Bill DeNooyer is president and the business started in 1965.
I remember DeNooyer Chevrolet in Holland when I was growing up. I think they built their place at 8th and US-31 in the 60s; IIRC, they used to be at 9th and River. I also remember thinking either Barber Ford or DeNooyer copied the other's design for the dealerships on opposite sides of US-31 there at 8th St., but I can't remember which was first at that location now.
We have local funeral homes here that rake in like 5-10k a body and since I work for the Constables office for some reason the funeral home people think that constable stands for "funeral escort police" because they call us like almost daily with like 3 funeral escorts... What these people do is they steal from the living by telling them hey we are going to charge you a extra $250-300 for a funeral escort and get the constables to do it and the funeral service pockets the cash. When in reality our constables office does not even charge for the service its free! Well we cought on to this and completely stopped doing escorts for these pieces of SH#T Now they actually have to pay an actual certified security guard escort company that has permits to run lights and sirens to do the escorts and they cant pocket the cash now. That's just to show you how these greedy funeral people take advantage of the grieving familys. You bet your ass. Dignity Memorial funeral homes in TX has a bunch of Gulfstream G6 jets.
Dignity and some of the other funeral corporations have literally killed the home-owned funeral homes. There are two locally-owned funeral homes here now, and two in Odessa. Everything else is from the big corporations. Downside is that if you're in a town where only the corporations have funeral homes, they've got you by the short hairs. We have local funeral homes here that rake in like 5-10k a body and since I work for the Constables office for some reason the funeral home people think that constable stands for "funeral escort police" because they call us like almost daily with like 3 funeral escorts... It would be a good setup...wonder what he uses the lights for?Reason for posting this here is the use of the amber lights with a siren. If this was a Vollie FF and this was his pov. using blue or red it would be a cool set up..

What's wrong with the puddle lights? This is my SGTs new 2014 charger and the AWESOME install shop decided to add these new Whelen Ions in a "special angle" to be used as intersection lights when going up a hill and you want to shoot the light downward so as there is never a blind spot in the lighting!!!!
Im jk that install shop is retarded and I laugh at the SGTs ride every day due to that screw up and the install shops choice of split fail pattern selection. Im pretty sure they voted for Obama also since they make awesome decisions at that shop.
He does have other lights that can be seen from the front, doesn't he?This is my SGTs new 2014 charger and the AWESOME install shop decided to add these new Whelen Ions in a "special angle" to be used as intersection lights when going up a hill and you want to shoot the light downward so as there is never a blind spot in the lighting!!!!

Why would you let the shop/Whelen rep get away with such tomfoolery? You could outfit a few cars with that. I bet it has a Powercall and a Q as well.Yes the Whelen rep like always somehow had his way with our entire budget and managed to install the entire whelen catalog on that poor charger.
***holy shit too much equipment***
Car is used for lunch and meetings since its a supervisor unit
JESUS WIRING MADNESS!. Ok so my OCD is kicking in.This isn't horrible but definitely needs some work! Check out the wiring job for the little light he has under the bed cover lol.
I think that truck will be the next fire call. You do not have to have OCD to see all the fail in that. If you are gonna drill holes in your roof for a lightbar killing the resale value, drill a freaking hole in the firewall buddy.JESUS WIRING MADNESS!. Ok so my OCD is kicking in.
My list for everything I saw wrong before just turning it off.
1. DEMEGA !!!!(Winning already aren't we)
2. Led dash light on top of the strobe dashlight. (WHY DO PEOPLE DO THIS?!?!?!?!?)
3. Rats nest in the door jam!
4. Crooked ass grill lights.
5. Uneven amount of lights in the rear window. ( I need symetry here. 3 on one side and 2 on the other ISN'T Symetry!!!!!!!!)
6. WTF with more rats nest in the cargo area.
State law still says only amber lighting, no siren. Some cities/counties really overlook, or even allow illegal equipment on the private funeral escorts, and security guard vehicles. The history of Texas and funeral escorts is kind of neat. For decades, until the early 2000's, the only LEO's allowed by State law, to have red/blue lights, and sirens on their POV's were Constables, and their deputies. This was because back then, Constables were completly county funded, with no state assistance. So most of the County Constables had to use their own vehicles. This was also before Constables were performing more common LE duties. They stayed focused on the civil process side, although they always had full Police powers. They were granted the ability to equip their POV's with emergency equipment in the early 70's, in order to get across the county in case of an emergency. Forward to the tie in with funeral escorts. Due to Constables being the only ones allowed to have EV equipment on their POV's, they started running escorts, off duty, for a fee, which allowed the municipal LEO's to stay on patrol. Some Constables and Deputies figured out that they could start their own business offering escorts. They would have constable, and a couple of civilians on motors, with the constable running red/blue and the civilians with amber. Then the civilians got smart, and started their own service. Eventually, the role of a Constable and their deputies became more infused with patrol LEO's, and the private escorts became more common. Now we have private escort civilians who ride motors with whatever equipment they can get away with, and violate the law every time. A private funeral escort still has no authority to run the red light and close an intersection, under state law, no legal authority to have red, blue, or clear lights, or sirens, and are not LEO's.We have local funeral homes here that rake in like 5-10k a body and since I work for the Constables office for some reason the funeral home people think that constable stands for "funeral escort police" because they call us like almost daily with like 3 funeral escorts... Interesting history. I've never seen anyone except l.e. do escorts here in West Texas; but sooner or later, I'd bet they'll show up. I can remember when the constables here used their povs. One had a '57 Chevy that had red lights behind the grille and a little siren that sounded like an electric lawn edger. I've heard for many years that in Texas, a constable is the only LEO that can legally arrest the sheriff.State law still says only amber lighting, no siren. Why were they running only the electronic siren when they have that big Q right up front.Looks like what used to be a standard Philadelphia 360 bar that got the rotators amputated and a set of kludgetastic clear flashers put in instead... Their spare engines seem to have hilarious piss-poor lighting as a rule.

It's an old spare, maybe it doesn't work. Also I think FS sells just the front grille part so you can put an electronic speaker behind it and pretend your dying cow imitation is a real fire truck siren (but don't quote me on that)Why were they running only the electronic siren when they have that big Q right up front.

Logan Gulley Led outfitters. I buy most my lights from them now. Super bright and good price plus fast shipping. No problem with customer service either.
Nick Riddell I've gotten a couple and have had no problem

That's correct with the fascia piece. Some FDNY rigs in 80s had that setup. It's an old spare, maybe it doesn't work. This is also why the "TEXAS CONSTABLE" license plate exists. For decades, until the early 2000's, the only LEO's allowed by State law, to have red/blue lights, and sirens on their POV's were Constables, and their deputies. Aggmeister 2010 I would love for you to accompany me on a freeway closure on I10 or over on i45 and then you'll be in a position to decide when we should use our sirens. You'll either grow balls or turn and run when you really realize how dangerous it is to work highway construction jobs. The majority of the incidents where officers are hit are due to driver inattention (texting) and alcohol intoxication. Sure people cannot see the lights especially when they are not looking at the road. I worked the job during the 99/i10 fly over construction. Because we had a ton of lights and both front & rear facing siren speakers belching 100 watts of warning sounds from each end is what kept us safe. The incident of officer involved accidents were minimal on the Katy freeway job.
