OK, just one question: why? I completely agree with nerdly_dood on this one - white to the rear is never a good idea.

This is true for Finland, Estonia and Spain - flashing blue means "get out of the way!", flashing blue and red means "pull over, we want you!". Don't know about Poland. Also looks like the Polish police copied their livery (car color scheme) directly from Germany.
